ACIC Seniors Picnic 2026

Registration Form Description

Join us for ACIC Seniors Picnic Day, a day of community, friendship, and relaxation outdoors for seniors ages 60 and above.

Saturday, August 29, 2026 | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

The registration fee is $20 per person, and lunch will be provided. Space is limited to 100 participants, and advance registration is required.

Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the event. The picnic location/address will be shared with registered participants closer to the event date.

Accessibility: Seniors who require assistance due to a disability may attend with a support person or caregiver. The accompanying support person does not need to meet the 60+ age requirement; however, they must also register and pay the $20 participation fee.

Registration opens: Tuesday, August 18, 2026
Registration closes: Tuesday, August 25, 2026, or earlier if maximum capacity is reached.

Registration is mandatory. Space is limited, so please register early to secure your spot.
