The community is advised to make adjustments to the timings by adding 14 minutes when in Windsor and subtracting 15 minutes when in Ottawa. As can be seen from these tables it is not possible to generally use the time table of one town and use in another town by applying a fixed time correction. This is because the sunrise and sunset times difference between towns that are on different latitude is not the same throughout the year.

About Us
Background
Afghan Canadian Islamic Community is a non-profit charitable organization providing cultural, social and religious services.
ACIC began its activities as a small community association in 1989 in response to the growing need of Afghan immigrants for a place where they can practice their religion, traditions, and celebrate cultural ceremonies. Two years later, in 1991, the organization was officially registered with the Government of Canada.
ACIC currently serves approximately 1,400 families and individual members, along with hundreds of non-members who actively participate in our programs and benefit from our services.
